Analysis
We check the economic feasibility of your coil or drum and clarify the general conditions. Depending on the coil type, we examine production alternatives taking your requirements into account in order to optimise costs. Calculation

Quotation preparation
Once we have analysed your project, we will provide you with a performance-based quotation within a short period of time. In addition to the material costs, it also includes the labour and freight costs. Our aim is to implement your requirements in a cost-optimised manner and at the same time meet the quality requirements.

CAD
The drums and coils to be manufactured and their components are customised. Our technical draughtsmen work closely with the customer to create their own 3D models and derivations that meet the customer's requirements and thus fulfil high quality standards.
Based on the constant exchange between production and design, the optimum production is taken into account in our drawings in order to manufacture your coils according to your requirements.

Order processing
Once the drawing has been approved, order processing begins. In this step, the customer order is recorded and prepared for further processing. On this basis, a detailed production order is created, which serves as the central basis for the entire production process.
At the same time, we ensure that materials are procured in good time to ensure a smooth process. Shipping is also organised at this stage to ensure that the products are delivered on time.

Manufacturing
Our range of services extends from small reels to large drums with a Diameter up to ø 4500 mm. In addition to construction cable reels and steel drums, we also manufacture shipping and machine reels. Whether hot-dip galvanised or painted in the colour of your choice, the decision is entirely up to you.
