We think
for you.

As a medium-sized manufacturing company, we take responsibility for our products, but also for the way in which we produce them. For us, sustainability is part of our quality and our daily actions.

Yellow is the new Green.

We want to use the economy as a force for good. In addition to economic goals, sustainability and energy efficiency are embedded in all areas of our business processes. This includes the conscious use of resources, humane working conditions and ethics. We endeavour to constantly improve and reflect on these aspects.

„For us, “yellow is the new green" means breaking new ground with vigour, clarity and conviction. To combat climate change and conserve natural resources, we are rolling up our sleeves together. Climate protection is a major challenge, especially for manufacturing companies like us, as CO₂ emissions cannot be completely avoided. However, we endeavour to meet the requirements of sustainability as far as possible through compensation measures.

Resources Use consciously

For us, using resources efficiently means taking responsibility for tomorrow. Fortunately, we work with a material that epitomises the circular economy like no other. Steel. It is robust, durable and fully recyclable without any loss of quality. That's why all of our steel scrap is reused.

Our ongoing goal is to reduce waste, avoid unnecessary transport and continuously optimise our work processes.
That is why we follow clear principles from our ten commandments of quality:

  • l„Get it right from the start.“
  • lFrom an environmental perspective, we also prioritise error prevention over error elimination. Because every error avoided saves material, energy and time.
  • l„Quality strengthens our profitability.“
  • lUsing resources efficiently saves costs and protects the environment at the same time. That is why we are continuously improving our processes.

The human being at the centre

Sustainability is not only reflected in technology, but above all in our dealings with colleagues, customers and partners. We are convinced that real quality can only be created where people work under fair, safe and respectful conditions.

Today, we already attach great importance to good cooperation. Occupational safety, health and fair conditions are our top priority. Further training is part of everyday life and communication at eye level is a matter of course. We see mistakes as an opportunity for improvement and not as a chance to apportion blame.

We have clear goals for the future. We want to strengthen internal communication and better integrate new employees. Health and safety remain our top priority. We want to further expand feedback and training to create a working environment in which development is possible.

  • l„Discovering mistakes is recognised, not punished.“
  • lWe create a working environment in which mistakes can be addressed openly. After all, sharing mistakes not only improves the product, but also contributes to the further development of the entire company.
  • l„Quality concerns us all."
  • lFor us, quality does not mean control from above, but thinking together, taking responsibility and learning from each other.

Responsible lead and act

For us, responsible management means acting transparently, ethically and reliably towards customers, partners and within the company itself. We already ensure clear structures, comprehensible processes and a fair remuneration policy. We make transparent and well-founded decisions. We rely on a corporate structure in which trust and quality are firmly anchored.

For the future, we want to regularly scrutinise, optimise and develop all processes, procedures and workflows so that they contribute to greater efficiency and customer satisfaction in the long term. Topics such as ethical behaviour, active risk management and fair dealings with business partners also remain firmly in focus.

  • l„Only satisfied customers secure our future.“
  • lReliability, integrity and transparency are the basis of every successful customer relationship.
  • l„We want the customer to come back, not the product!“
  • lWe are therefore committed to constantly reviewing and improving all our processes, procedures, workflows and activities to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • l„Punctuality is also quality.“
  • lThose who keep their promises show attitude. This applies both externally and internally.

Our path to 2035

We have not yet achieved all our goals. But we already have many of them clearly in sight. And we are ready to take on the challenges, continue to improve and constantly learn new things. Our sustainability strategy is based on three pillars that will gradually pave our way to a more climate-neutral and responsible future by 2035.

Energy-efficient production

  • NSave energy in a targeted manner:
  • lFor new purchases such as machines, vehicles or equipment, we will be focussing on energy-efficient devices with low power consumption and high performance in the future.
  • NLED lighting in all areas:
  • lSaving electricity by switching to long-life, energy-saving light sources in the factory and office.
  • NOptimisation of production processes to avoid waste:
  • lLess waste, lower material consumption and systematic analysis of rejects and remnants.

Products with a future

  • NRepair instead of replacement:
  • lCustomers should be able to have defective drums and coils repaired wherever possible for greater sustainability in use.
  • NPromotion of local procurement with consistent quality:
  • lWe rely on regional suppliers for shorter distances and fewer emissions.

Getting ahead together

  • NPromoting diversity and equal opportunities:
  • lWe want to continue to promote a working environment that respects everyone, regardless of origin, gender or age.
